That was handled by you or your insurance company that dealt directly with the other driver’s insurance company.  Property damage claims are almost always handled separately from other claims.  I had no involvement in reviewing a market valuation report of your vehicle that was completed by the adjuster in determining the value of your vehicle.  I had no involvement in accepting or signing off on the amount that the insurance company agreed to pay for your vehicle.
