He decided to take a job with the State of Colorado. Since being my attorney would have been a conflict of interest, he decided to drop me. When I asked for the remainder of my retainer, he said it was all gone. I never got a bill or printout letting me know how this money was used. I just 'happened' to have used all my retainer money when I requested the amount I hadn't used???
