Communication has been very poor, and despite multiple emails, I have not received clear updates or explanations about the status of the case or what is causing the delays.What has been most frustrating is being told previously that payment could be completed once the estate paperwork was received, only to later be told there are still negotiations happening without any detailed explanation. As a family dealing with the loss of a loved one and funeral expenses, the lack of transparency and responsiveness has added unnecessary stress during an already difficult time. I understand legal matters can take time, but clients deserve timely communication, professionalism, and honest updates.
