Unfortunately, Advent Health Hospice didn’t deactivate my husband’s Pacemaker/Defibrillator or include the equipment I needed to stop the device from firing and restarting his heart as he tried to pass away.\nMy husband endured the defibrillator shocking his heart multiple times over the course of the last four hours of his life.
