I maybe talked to Guenther on the phone twice, his legal Secretary, LeaAnna, gave wrong information to me continuously, and he actually did nothing to help me.  After about a month of lack on communication I cut ties.  I'm finding out today he REALLY did do absolutely NOTHING.  Never paid a fee or provided acknowledgement for papers served (twice).  When I cut ties Geunther told me that I should find a lawyer that doesn't have any other clients so that they can only focus on me.   My response... Good customer service makes a client feel as if they ARE your ONLY client.  I have yet to receive my final bill or refund and supposedly it was mailed out to me over a week ago.\n\nWhen your life comes to a point where you need a lawyer, it usually means it's a pretty scary situation you're in.  I would like to believe anyone in my position would like to feel safe and secure with the lawyer they choose and know that everything will be alright in the end.  If that's what you're looking for, I strongly recommend finding a different lawyer than Guenther.
