First of all I was recommended a voucher by the QME doctor and they weren’t able to get it for me. Secondly, their customer service was not what was expected from a law firm. I called frantically advising I was getting fired from my job and to see if there was anything they can do but was told there was nothing to do, I found out later there was a form that needed to be submitted  but that wasn’t done. Don’t even call and ask to speak to the attorney because he’s always in meetings and could never assist.
