I waited over an hour for a consultation regarding a malpractice issue, only to be told that the attorney specializes in children's injuries. When I mentioned this discrepancy, the lady  told me they couldn’t help and refused to provide a referral to someone who could.\nIt's clear to me that this office needs better paralegals who not only know their job but also have better people skills.
