We understand completely the hard feelings that come from difficult legal disputes involving a loved one's children. Given the extreme stress that everyone is under in a custody dispute, it is completely understandable, and not at all uncommon, to direct anger towards the attorney representing the side you are against. We remind you, however, that Mr. Midgorden is under the same duty to zealously advocate for his client as the opposing attorney is for his or her client. This can sometimes lead to decisions or actions that may be upsetting or seem unfair from another perspective.<br>Without discussing the specifics of the case, we believe that the matter you referred to involved a hearing where the Judge simply denied a continuation of an Ex Parte Order. This decision was based on the specific standards for an Emergency Order, which can often differ in interpretation between involved parties. <br>Your presumption that Mr. Midgorden has 'just passed the bar' is incorrect. He has been licensed to practice law since 2020, the better part of four years. He is dedicated and has handled numerous cases with professionalism and diligence.
