I never again talked to them for 7 months and that was me calling them and I got Mr Adams will return my call that never happened. I called the office and talked to a secretary that stated someone would return my call the next day I did receive a call from the office. I asked for a refund of some type as I investigated my pay off myself and had NO response. I was told we sent a letter to your mortgage company and called them but no proof of this. I did reach out to my mortgage company and they stated they have received one ( 1 ) letter from the attorneys office and replied. I was never told anything from anyone. As was explained to you today, the first mortgage company no longer held the mortgage so we had to do further follow up to determine the current mortgage holder. When we sent this second payoff request the response we received was a demand for a list of improvements that you had made. One of the many times my office reached out to you was to get this list of improvements. When we supplied that list they stated they needed an appraisal. We informed you of this as the events were transpiring as well. Ultimately the mortgage holder received everything that they requested. They were contacted by phone and email several times. This is how you were able to get your payoff on your loan mod mortgage.
