That phone call was scheduled for days later.\n\nWhen I received the phone call he said the \"DEMAND\" was being wrapped up and he would submitt it to the insurance adjuster.\n\nMind you, 4 months have gone by since my accident, 1-1/2months since neurosurgeon gave his diagnosis and 2 weeks had already gone by, when I received the phone call. I listened to him talk about what he was going to do to get my case moving along. At this point all I was hearing was \"blah blah blah\".\n\nWhy the \"blah's\" you may ask, well let me explain: the medical needed surgery demand should have already been done, sent, and answered, but it wasn't.\n\nImmediately after the phone call I started searching for a new lawyer.
