Thompson\n\nMr. Benavides was my court appointed attorney for a “violent domestic assault\" case that was self-defense on my part and occured the morning of my father’s funeral.  There was arguing and name calling and I was charged at and I kept myself from being hurt. I am a US Army veteran.  I was arrested, processed into the jail and had to get a court appointed attorney.   I was released, no prior arrests, at all whatsoever,  and I had to go to court several times.  Mr. Benavides was there every time.   Ultimately, after Mr. Benavides speaking with the prosecution lawyer again,  the case was dismissed.\nI highly recommend Mr. Benavides, I felt like I got paid lawyer representation for free.
