It was a conspiracy charge. With no sale found. He said it would be dropped. Mr Kanoff suggested rehab to show good faith, which she gladly did. My wife was 1 of 5 people in this case. The other 4 had sale charges.  At the end 4 people walked and Mr Kanoff got my wife a year and charged us 8thousand.  This Lawyer doesn't do what he says.
