When you hire an attorney, you expect professionalism, responsiveness, and accountability—none of which were demonstrated here.\n\nEven more concerning, not all of the legal matters we discussed and agreed upon were completed. I was left having to track down information myself and ultimately seek clarification elsewhere, which defeated the purpose of retaining legal counsel in the first place.\n\nLegal matters are stressful enough without having to chase down your own attorney or wonder whether critical tasks were handled properly. Unfortunately, this firm failed to meet basic expectations for client communication and follow-through.
