The driver at fault was an under-insured driver and we had to use our insurance policy to help compensate for an under-insured driver. To make matters worse, everything we had to go through was during the Covid 19 shut down. After a year, I ended up with a two day back surgery and had to go through all the steps that Medicare requires to approve surgery.\n\nNate Cooley immediately helped and opened doors that were closed to us. He responded to every problem we encountered and found a solution within a short period of time.
