You called my office twice (March 1 and March 8) while I was in a two week trial. I never contacted you, I admit that, but I have to focus on my current clients and if that means not returning prospective client phone calls (like yours) that is what the Florida Bar requires me to do. I never had the opportunity to treat you with courtesy, respect, or professionalism, because I was stuck in a murder trial. In a perfect world I would be able to, but when you called me on March 1, and March 8, I was unable to call you back.
It is with profound shock that someone like you would imply that you hired me and I treated you without courtesy, respect, or professionalism.
I am pretty sure that is what a lot of people call a lie; because you never hired me or ever said a single word to me.
Imagine if the shoe were on the other foot and someone called you and didn't communicate with them, would anyone say that you treated that person in a discourteous manner, without respect, or professionalism? Of course not, they would say Dianne must've been really busy. The main point is that your review is implying that you hired me, which is a lie, and then I disrepected you, which is impossible if I never contacted you.
