I would assume most of 5 star reviews are fake it's pretty obvious. Joseph Velez is probably the most repulsive person I have ever encountered.  The State Bar of Arizona suspended his license for three months and put him on two years probation for violation of his duties and obligations as a lawyer. Too many violations to list here. One was for overdraft from his Bank where Velez had his client trust account. It was found that Velez routinely deposited all monies received from clients into his trust account regardless of whether the funds were\nearned and he deposited personal funds into\nthe trust account on several occasions. Velez failed to maintain complete trust account records for a period of five years and did not maintain individual client ledgers or the equivalent. Joseph Velez failed to record all transactions promptly and completely, failed\nto perform monthly reconciliations of the trust account and failed to consistently disburse from his trust account with only prenumbered checks.
