My case has now been ongoing for five years and is still not resolved. Communication has been poor and inconsistent throughout this time. My last in-person meeting with the firm was in May 2025, when I was assured that my case would be resolved by August 2025. That promised resolution never happened.\n\nI later sent a follow-up email in July 2025 requesting an update, and I never received any response at all. Instead of progress, I have continued to hear excuses for delays, yet nothing meaningful seems to have been done to move my case forward. Important timelines have not been honored, and I constantly feel like I am having to chase information instead of being supported as a client.\n\nThis has been an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience. I regret trusting this firm for so long, as I believe another law office may have handled my case much more efficiently and professionally. At this point, I simply want my case completed  so I do not have to continue dealing with it going into 2026. What I can say, however, is as a matter of public record I chose to terminate our representation of you, and you were informed that it was due your verbal abuse towards my staff on multiple occasions. You were told that I did not have any control over my delay. That did not stop you from yet again being verbally abusive, not directly to me of course but to my legal assistant who was being nothing but professional to you. The withdrawal process takes some time, but a refund is being issued for any unused portion of your retainer as required by law and our employment contract. I would have continued to represent you, had your behavior towards my staff had been different. They are working mothers just trying to do their job.
