There was a clear lack of urgency and strategy. Aric did not take the lead as we expected from legal counsel in such a critical matter. We often had to follow up ourselves, and it felt like we were pulling teeth to get updates or action.\n\nIn the end, it was us not the law firm, who did the legwork. My husband and I were the ones who found a new school for our son. We had to reschedule two planned tribunals, and they informed us this morning - one day before the third planned tribunal - they were \"too busy\" to take the case.
