After providing that information and explaining that I had been specifically referred to her, I was told repeatedly that the individual in question did not handle such matters. This was confusing, as I had been instructed to ask for her directly.\n\nI must express that I did not appreciate the way new prospects or potential clients are treated. I understand that every firm has its own structure and procedures, and that asking for information in advance is part of the process. However, there are professional and courteous ways to do so, and unfortunately, that was not my experience during this call.\n\nI cannot say that your firm is unqualified, as I only spent a few minutes speaking with your staff, but those few minutes were enough for me to decide not to entrust my case to you.
