My daughter suffered severe birth injury and died and Gregg Luther had all the tools to prove this and barely even questioned the expert witnesses or the actual midwives and doctors who killed my baby. My lead attorney, Bruce Hudson, hired Gregg at the firm to be the trial attorney and Gregg did an awful job. Don't trust these people with your loss. They'll just help you lose even worse. They took a little bit of settlement that they agreed on with my attorney, and I never heard from Gregg again.
