However, we both know your comments aren’t accurate. You waited until the last minute to retain me. I gave you explicit instructions on what I needed you to do to allow me to be prepared to help you in such short time and informed you exactly what I would do and when I would do it. You failed to do your part but I did mine. When my staff reiterated what I needed from you, it was you who was rude and disrespectful, including hanging up the phone on me and the staff. All I communicated to you was that I truly wanted to help you but in order for us to work together I asked that you be respectful to my staff. You took issue with my request for mutual respect and we agreed it was best we parted ways. You forgot to mention I didn’t charge you ANYTHING for the work that my staff and I did do and I issued you a full refund immediately after you signed the paperwork relieving me as you attorney. I also called you within minutes of you calling and asking to talk to me. So your comment about calls being returned isn’t true at all.<br><br>To those reading this review and response, my staff and I are highly aware that when you call our  office it is likely because you are involved in a stressful and difficult situation. This can result in people who are short with us and frustrated with what they are dealing with. We truly want to help you in a difficult time and understand you may be short on patience. But being frustrated and being rude and disrespectful are two different things. Another take away that is important, is that if you want your attorney to be prepared to assist you and they ask you for information, provide it in a timely manner so they can be prepared and fight for you like you deserve.
