The nature of the claim was somewhat complicated and quite detailed as it pertained to a severe medical condition associated with exposure to Agent Orange while serving in the Republic of Vietnam in 1962-1963.\nIt seemed that every Veterans Disability firm I contacted offered no help or assistance beyond  information where to find the forms to file the claim on my own. I soon became aware that any firm filing any initial claim to the VA by law cannot charge a fee to the veteran. A fee is only permitted if the firm does work for the veteran in the event that the claim is denied by the VA.\nA friend suggested that I contact the Jacks Law Group and after setting up an appointment I met with Mr. David Jacks and I explained the complexity of my claim and to my utter surprise, Mr. Jacks said: “I respect veterans for what they have done for the country.
