Despite numerous follow-up emails and phone calls, I received no response regarding a case I was involved in as a third party. Additionally, I never received any formal written notification which is required by the probate process. The only information I obtained was through the LA County Superior Court website, where I had to purchase the documents myself. Upon reviewing some of the documents, I discovered that they falsely claimed that notifications were mailed to my agent and me, which we never received. While I understand that I am not a client, I expected the decency of a timely response and for mandated probate procedures to be properly followed.\n\nMoreover, although I am not an expert in probate, I observed that their team handled the case inefficiently, both in terms of cost and time. As the buyer, this inefficiency did not directly impact me since I was not in a rush to close escrow, but it certainly added unnecessary costs to the estate.
