I was immediately taken to the hospital with neck pain.That day my life forever changed, and I realized how lucky I was to survive the accident. I ultimately needed surgery to fix the serious herniations caused by the accident. I had hired a local attorney, and to say the least I wasnt impressed.  Here I was trying to figure out where to go and what doctors to see, and how to properly be treated for my injuries. I then found Michael. I fired my previous lawyer and switched to Michael, because I heard that's the difference a good lawyer can make when they actually fight and take the case to court. He was a Godsend, and took over my case.  The insurance company tried to use my personal history of scoliosis and chiropractic care against me, by arguing that I already had neck problems before this accident.
