The DA's office could have filed the case while I was in prison but intentionally chose not to. The DA wanted to wait unit I was about to be a free man so they could charge me with a new crime and keep me in prison. My family hired Julie Raye. Julie Raye was able to convince the Justice Court Judge to grant me an OR release so I could be released from prison and come home to my wife and daughter. Several weeks later, at the preliminary hearing, she was able to get my case  dismissed. Julie has become a friend. She calls and checks up on me and my family often.
