Her birth mother took me back to court every two years or so throughout the entirety of her adolescence, always claiming something new. She would get more and more visitation rights, then not use them. She tried to get me locked up for denying visitation, made false claims against myself and members of my family. My daughter graduated second in her class last year, and is now a freshman at ATM.  I was kept in the position for her entire adolescence of constantly working 70-90 hour weeks to keep food on the table and a roof over our heads, all while paying to fight a new case every two years or so. I’ve had multiple lawyers over the years, and several are strictly concerned about money. Mrs Fuentez did not hound me when I fell behind on payments, the quality of her representation did not change. She maintained consistent and professional contact.  I truly appreciate her having faith in me when I was fighting my hardest to keep my family afloat.
