I met Mr. Reyes once, and I liked him, but my main POC was Beatriz and she did most of the work to get me a big payout. I got rear-ended, and it took me over a month to figure out I needed an attorney, because the insurance company was refusing to pay me for injuries and a broken windshield. Beatriz got me setup with a Doctor, x-rays, mri, Physical Therapy, and I went to a medical massage therapist once a week. Omni Massage & Guidance is the best! Anyways, after all that went on for 3 months, the insurance company was still trying to low-ball us. Mr Reyes assured me they were offering a reasonable amount, since they're not going to risk a lawsuit, but when I raised that gross negligence would expose the insurance company's client to injunctive consequences, Beatriz kept hammering them to pay more.
