Very inconsistent. I settled for an amount and was told I would be rewarded that amount minus 1400.00 to be paid  to the law firm, 6 months later I was told that they hired a second attorney to assist, 4 months later I received a check minus 25000,00. 11,000 is what was subtracted from my settlement for the second attorney plus the 1400.00 to Dunken. I asked several times what was the amount being paid to the other attorney and kept being promised a return call. I never received a call but received a check minus a total of 25,000 that was taken from my settlement. I still have unpaid bills from my surgery.
