There were concerns regarding  median nerve damage.  Another Dr. was called upon to explore and repair the previous botched surgery, but no guarantee as to whether the nerve would fully recover.\n\nI was in pain, unsure of the full future use of my hand, felt there were damages and felt this was not right!  I wasn’t sure who to call for help.\n\nAfter reviewing write ups of medical malpractice attorneys, I chose the Dr. Lawyer Group, Dr. Zaheer Shah to call.\n\nDr. Shah was promptly available to discuss my case and decided it had merit for a claim.\n\nHe and his team (experts and office admin) guided me, explaining the steps and paperwork to a settlement that was agreed upon without the unknowns of a jury trial.\n\nDan Hollnagel, in the office always answered my calls and emails.
