Mr. Dodd  was appointed to my fiancé’s appeal, and only contacted me once during this year long process. He never informed us about the process of the appeal, any status changes nor the outcome. The only reason that I am writing today, specifically, is that I just saw on PACER-myself- that the appeal was dismissed- in December! I have yet to receive a call, a letter, an email giving me any type of information. And I’m not the client, but he hasn’t heard anything at all.  I don’t expect miracles from him but I, at the least, expected a return call or email. He reassured me that he was more than able to help.  Mr. Dodd kept in contact with me through email, text messaging and phone calls.  IN JUST 8 DAYS, my case was dismissed!
