I was a recent client. They took their time giving me information on or about my case. I had to call them at least 2 times to verify I was a client. My case was passed around desk to desk. I had a different lawyer/paralegal every 2 months. They even spelled my name wrong on my closing paperwork. I was hit by an Amazon vehicle and still received a bare minimum.
