Explained to them that ex doesn't pay child support, doesn't have his own place, always changing jobs, and ghosting when asked about it. I really wanted some help. My case wasn't represented as strongly in court, so the outcome was 0. They were supposed to get the attorney fees out of the ex through court, but they forgot about it!!! Then…told me to call the court to figure out if the judge signed etc. Now my kids and I are back in the same situation. Simple words, can't fight right for you, can't guide you right, not strong enough in the court. I don't even know what I got from doing this all through this law firm. Unless I ask they don't even follow up on anything.
