When I spoke with Kristina, I explicitly explained that my inspection report contained over 90 items. She acknowledged this and told me that, in most cases, the initial retainer is not even fully used.\n\nDespite this, your firm chose to charge me more than 30% above the agreed-upon initial deposit—without any notice, discussion, email, or explanation. When I questioned these fees, instead of addressing the concern, I was dismissed as a client. In all my years working alongside attorneys, I have never been treated in such a manner.\n\nThis experience has left me with no confidence in your communication or billing transparency. If simply asking why I was charged over 30% more than quoted results in being dropped as a client, that speaks for itself.\nAll Don kept saying is , I didn’t break the law with these charges.
