Rubenstein Law felt Burrow Law Firm could continue to handle my case to completion and satisfaction.  WORST ADVICE/MISTAKE EVER!!! Attorney Burrow and his staff had one  excuse after another as to why my case hadn't progressed any further from 2017-2022. The complete incompetent mishandling of my case was infuriating. And after many followup calls and complaints to both Burrow Law and Rubenstein Law, they withdrew from my case (after almost 5 years). Last time I was able to get through to the assistant handling my case (which was over a month ago) she didnt realize the process was being held up because she had to send the adjuster some additional information. Follow up and execution are definitely lacking.
