You won't get a chance to talk to their attorney. You are better off  contacting a firm that allows you to talk to an attorney (briefly) to see if you have a case. This way you get a fair chance and your confidential info remains protected by attorney-client confidentiality law. I had an excellent case of a super large company discriminating against me due to my race and disability and I was able to retain an excellent attorney.
