Had a call scheduled today for 2pm with the onboarding team....and I waited, and waited, and waited, and waited for the call...which never came.  At 2:50pm, I finally called them and asked what happened.  No apologies for not calling or emailing, nothing, just \"my previous call ran long, and I didn't get around to calling you\".
