This was my second time using this firm, and I was disappointed this time around. Bad communication and it didn't seem like I was a priority. 2 years for my case to settle and I expect more money. I had to keep calling to make sure they were doing their job, they had office problems, and I had to keep telling them the details of my case. Probably was working on other cases and just put my case in the corner. I definitely wasn't a priority. Also it was your staff and I had to keep telling you I was driving a rental and not my personal vehicle. Their adjuster closed the case and you didn't even know it. I was a rideshare driver at the time of the accident and had to keep remind you that. Like everyone was confused when you had the police report and rideshare insurance info right there.
