My accident happened in January of 2025. I have been given the run around for 11 months. They have consistently switched my case manager without notifying me of change making it super hard to get into contact with anyone about my case. I email and call and can never get a response. Anytime I call my case manager is “not available” and am told they will give me a call back which they never do. I have to call for weeks before I can get in touch with anyone. This is by far the worst law firm I have ever worked with and wish I did not have to pay them a cent of my money because none of the people who have worked with me deserve it. I was told I would receive my check in 7-10 business days after I signed my document. My document was signed within 5 minutes of it being sent to me with an email stating it was signed. My case manager reached back out and said ok she would be sending it the same day. When I emailed to follow up my case manager had never even sent my documents over to the adjuster days after it’s been signed. If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. Everyone here has told me different information and I only settled because I am tired of dealing with them and never want to have to speak to them again or give them another cent of my money . Everyone I’ve worked with should be fired!
