I had to email, call and leave several messages before I received a response.  The firm/owner did not respond to me until I sent daily emails and made daily calls.  They only responded to me because I had to harass them.\nOnce I received a response, it was only to tell me that they had reached out to the timeshare.  I have still not been released from my contract and it's been over a year & a half.  The only solution they have offered is to open a lawsuit for which they say it will cost an additional fee.\nTheir $2000 initial fee did nothing; the only evidence I've seen of any work done is the owner sending a few emails to my timeshare.\nI still haven't heard anything back from them and the timeshare has not released me from my contract; late fees are still piling up and it's being reported to the credit bureaus each month.
