I spoke with Brett Tauber today who wouldn't even discuss anything  regarding my brother's passing. I would NOT recommend Tauber Law offices in the future. They pretend to care until they dont. I requested an ongoing settlement to be handled as a family estate which by the way was recorded in their office. I was also told terms would be renegotiated at 30 percent. When I re-asked this question with my neice present, they said \"well  that shouldn\n't  haved been said\".\nSo now they take 40 percent which on a 1 million dollar lawsuit and get paid??? .law one of the biggest cases handled.
