Throughout the process, I was advised that my legal options would remain intact despite my reservations around indemnifications that were written into the MSA.\n\nMs. Whitmire’s failure to protect my rights and property created additional litigation and fees while limiting my ability to pursue proper remedies. When hiring an attorney, you want someone who relies less on “hope” as a strategy and more on an understanding of the legal system to protect your rights. Communication with and from your attorney is critical through any legal proceeding.
