Rather than addressing them professionally, he accused her of “harassing” him and told her never to contact him again. This was surprising and upsetting, especially given that she was the client who retained and paid him.\n\nAfter she filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, I was informed that he would no longer assist me with trying to obtain a limited or hardship license to get to and from work — something I reasonably expected help with as part of ongoing representation.\n\nOverall, I felt disrespected, dismissed, and unsupported once the plea deal was completed.
