They were obligated by filed legal documents and this scammer’s own direction in writings to reimburse us from this client's settlement proceeds, yet the office released all of the funds to him despite the legal documents and instructions they had received. Apparently the scammer fooled them to do that by phone and NOT in writing NOR the office notified us.\n\nThis may warrant a bar complaint which I am looking into. Their negligence, lack of professionalism and poor judgment have caused us significant financial loss and unnecessary stress.
