Despite the challenging time crunch, within hours of receiving the discovery Mr. Sussman met with me. By that time he had already poked so many holes in the states case that he found it not only couldn't hold water, but it held next to nothing to begin with. He made  short work of having the original charge dismissed. He was able to deal a blow to the prosecution while remaining professional.
