I only spoke with one attorney who k ew nothing about my case. I have been with strong law for over a year. I have had 4 case managers, they could not find the amount the coverage is for the person who hit me. I have to do lots of the work. They don’t have time to ready lengthy medical files sent. I signed a document that they get paid no matter what. So I have felt stuck. No receptions it take days or weeks to get follow up calls. When they switch case managers I have not been informed ahead of time.\nThey are out of state from where my accident occurred. When I try to get her using her number she too doesn’t respond. I was told I was going to get a certain amount, the beginning of June, we are almost at the end of October and still haven’t received my money, when I talk to them at the beginning of this week, I was told I was getting half of that. Towards the end of the conversation, I was getting even less.
