Since a guardianship can only be obtained when specific conditions exist, the Court staff investigated your family’s circumstances. The investigator is also an attorney. The  investigation report is a public report. After the Court investigator interviewed your father, the report concluded he did not need a guardianship. He may qualify for a guardianship in the future, but did not now.
