They're unable to answer the phone let alone give me a straight answer. They wont even answer him. They keep sending me in circles to contact his attorney- however we dont know his public attorney and they keep saying they will contact me again or tells us to contact them at a later date- on multiple occasions. The fact that its appointment only and even when I showed up for an answer no one answered- but less than 10 minutes later some guy walks out and locks the door. It's getting frustrating and shows how unprofessional this place and their employees are.
