They incorrectly billed me, and failed to bill the legal plan which I had in place at the time of service (which was a requirement of our contract!).\n\nThey then attempted to collect money, that was not owed to them by me, for the next few years after service (service was in 2015). I replied to each one of their demand emails and letters letting them know of their mistake and they ignored every one of my responses.\n\nThey continued to send demand letters every 6 to 8 months with no response regarding my replies.
