They advised me that it was okay to file bankruptcy for 3300.00 worth of debt. Whenever I realized it was a mistake i tried calling his office. His receptionist told me he would get the message to the paralegal to call me back. I left a message the next morning and advised them to wait before filing. I had to call again for the 3rd time and finally spoke with someone and she assured me it wouldn’t be filed. I then found out it was filed anyways and was told now they couldn’t do nothing but dismiss it.
