They told the court that my husband was served and when we looked at the papers there were two people in that envelope.  Never received  a letter from them explaining what the debt was, when it was opened, or last payment to see if they are in the State of Michigan statute of limitations.  Now they sent me a default judgment which I will be fighting since they decided to serve me twice; once with a process  server and once through the mail with another person's paperwork.
